4. R Ashwin 4-11 vs Australia, Mirpur, 2014
Ravichandran Ashwin has emerged as one of the finest talents in modern day cricket. He is the highest wicket taker for India in T20 Internationals till date. His great form with ball reflected in the 2014 edition of T20 World Cup too. Australia on Mirpur’s spinning track elected to bowl first. Indian innings flourished with an amazing knock played by Yuvraj Singh and eventually settled down for decent 159 on the board. In the 2nd innings, skipper Dhoni’s early introduction of spin worked well. Ashwin was brought into attack early on, who dismantled the Australian innings in a flash. Australia were bowled out for mere 86 runs and India’s winning streak continued in the tournament.
