7. Kumar Sangakkara:
One of the greatest batsman-wicketkeeper who served Sri-Lanka for 15 long years, Kumar Sangakkara was a legacy in itself. Contributing in all the formats of cricket, he belongs to the group of players with 10,000 plus runs both in test and ODI formats.
Talking about Twenty20’s, Sangakkara has scored a massive of 652 runs from just 22 matches at an average of 34.32 per match. He has six fifties to his name in this format but couldn’t pull out a ton.
He bid goodbye to Twenty20’s at a high where he led the Sri Lankan team to clinch the Twenty20 World Cup where they beat India in the finals in 2014.
