Adam Gilchrist is undoubtedly the man that leads the list of all time greatest Wicket keeping batsmen. A successor to Ian Healy, Gilchrist redefined the role of a wicket keeper with his aggressive batting. His Strike rate is among the highest in both Test and ODI formats and he holds the distinction of being the only man to hit 100 sixes in test career. A selfless team man, he played one of the most destructive innings in a World Cup final when he made 149 against Sri Lanka in 2007. Gilchrist retired from test cricket after 96 test matches when he had just dropped a catch or two in the India-Australia series which proved to be his last. Gilchrist has 472 dismissals in ODIs to go with 416 Dismissal in Tests.
