The tall off-spinner from India took the world by storm when he started his test career. He is number 5 on the fastest to 100 test wickets list. A new age spinner, who relies much on variety than a more traditional approach of off spin as the stock ball, Ashwin has had a remarkable test career. It took him only 18 matches to reach 100 wickets in Test matches. He got there in a test match against West Indies in 2013, taking 2 years and 8 days to reach this milestone.
