Virat Kohli’s greatest ability lies in the way he repeats a certain pattern over and over again. In 50-overs format, he started making hundreds and chasing targets and soon it became a habit. In T20 cricket, he had never scored a ton. In IPL, this year, he reached there once and then repeated the feat thrice. And similarly, in Tests, he made his maiden double-ton against West Indies, this year and since then has scored a double-hundred in each of the subsequent Test series.
Virat has been a raging superstar in white-ball cricket but now he is peaking in Tests as well and soon enough he has become the only batsman with an average of 50 or more across all the formats. In only 274 international games, the Indian Test skipper has scored 41 centuries (26 in ODIs & 15 in Tests).
