7. Umar Gul (Pakistan)
After undergoing a knee operation last year, the veteran Pakistani pacer, Umar Gul has never quite got to the same level of fitness which he used to have in the past and it was a factor which ruled him out of the World T20 as well. Gul has been the cogwheel of the Pakistani bowling line-up over the years in World T20. The Pakistani pacer is the second highest-wicket taker in cricket’s youngest format. In 60 T20Is, the right-arm quick has claimed 85 wickets at a brilliant economy of just above 7. Gul’s deadly Yorkers made him a world beater in the slog overs of T20 internationals. He will be badly missed by the Men in Green in World T20.
