9. Irfan Pathan (India)
Irfan Pathan, started off as a frontline pace bowler for India, but developed his batting attributes as his career progressed. Over the years, in the IPL he has played some matured and crucial innings for his IPL franchises. Initially, in the IPL he was one of the top wicket takers in the tournament during his Kings XI Punjab days. But his bowling took a dip with rising number of injuries and him dropping down a lot of pace. However, he has been unable to threaten the opposition with his bowling or be consistent with his batting. However, he has been handy for the franchisees he has played in, helping them to success. Irfan Pathan has played in 98 matches overall, scoring 1111 runs and scalping 80 wickets. He is no. 9 in the list of top 10 best all rounders in IPL.
