1. Sachin Tendulkar, India- 28
The little master from the country of India, sits pretty clear of the rest of the pack in this list like many other lists as well.. This is one of the records Sachin would surely not be very fond of . He has dismissed for a record 28 times in the 90s- 18 in ODIs, 10 in Tests. More than a quarter of a century Tendulkar had in his reach, but regrettably they couldn’t in the end be his centuries after all. The world would have had to wait some years less for his century of centuries if he hadn’t been such a champion of Nervous 90s as well. Sachin has scored some of his most impact full innings without reaching the prized milestone. He scored 99 against South Africans in Belfast 2007, were he was run out turning for the second on his own call, allowed India to win the match and level the series. He scored a 91 in the second CB series final in 2008, giving India their first series win down under. But most memorable of this collection would be his 98 in the 2003 World Cup against arch rivals Pakistan, taking a particular likening to Shoaib Akhthar with the six over third man forever etched in the memories of the Indian public.
